CCL will be moving in the next year from Stockton California to the beautiful foothills. The acre property is already purchased and building will commence soon and is expected to take 6-9 months to complete basic construction of my on site home. While the Stockton government has learned much about the disability laws, a good portion of the community still resists the rights of the disabled, making life hard.
I became thrilled with the foothills when I was looking at the prices of property and was welcomed without reservation into the realtors office with my service dog and was blown away when she told me that there was a large bowl out back to water him in if I wanted. Imagine that, not only did they welcome him specifically, but liked dogs enough to maintian a watering bowl out back for all dogs. I knew that this was the place for me and my dogs.
