These documents are free for any individual to use for purposes of providing information to another individual or entity or for any disabled individual in the use and/or training of their service dog to resolve conflict and gain access with their service animal- these are NOT for use to fraudulantly gain access with an animal to any public place. (It is a federal crime to fraudulantly represent yourself as a disabled individual to claim rights of access with an animal trained or otherwise.)
